Earthquake coverage is available for an additional premium.

YOUR TOWNHOUSE... including any attached structures and wall to wall carpeting is covered. Built in value protection features adjust your policy limit base on current construction costs, so there is no worry about inflation.

YOUR SEPARATE STRUCTURES... on your property, other than for business purposes, such as a detached garage or tool shed, are covered up to 10% of the amount of coverage on your house. Higher limits are available.

AWAY FROM PREMISES... pays up to 55% of the amount of coverage on your townhouse anywhere else in the world. If your personal property is located at a secondary residence, such as a cabin or vacation home, pays up to $1,000 or 10% of the premises coverage, whichever is greater.

If you can't live in your house after a covered loss, the Insurance Company covers the cost of living in hotels, buying meals, etc. It also pays up to 30% of the amount of insurance on your townhouse as an additional coverage, with no deductible.  It also pays for Loss of Rents, if that portion of your house/property rented to others is unlivable.

TREES, SHRUBS, PLANTS, AND LAWNS

Pays up to 5% of the amount of coverage on your townhouse and no more than $500 per item.

• The use of premises, including swimming pools, if it's a one or two unit family dwelling.
• Other residential property you use as a rental can also be added.
• The acts of your pets.

Pays expenses in a suit the Insurance Company defends on your behalf, such as court costs, attorney fees, investigator fees, expense of witnesses and witness fees.

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OF OTHERS

Pays up to $500 for damages to property of others caused by a qualified family member where you are not legally liable.

No depreciation is taken for smaller losses up to $1,000. You get "new for old" on these partial losses, if you meet actual cash value coinsurance requirements.

EARTHQUAKE

Extends protection for damages caused by an earthquake up to the policy limit, subject to a deductible.

UMBRELLA

Protects against catastrophic losses which exceed your policy limits. It also serves as primary coverage for uninsured losses not otherwise excluded by the policy, over your retention.

Mortgage protection insurance is designed to eliminate this risk by providing cash to pay off the mortgage balance or continue making the monthly payments.
